BusSing – Catch your ride, not the wait.
Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how BusSing (“the App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles your data when you use our services to view bus and MRT information in Singapore.
BusSing is designed to respect your privacy. The App helps commuters in Singapore access bus arrival timings, bus routes, MRT information, nearby stops, widgets, Live Activities, and other public transport-related features.
We aim to collect as little personal data as possible. BusSing does not require you to create an account and does not sell, rent, or share your personal data for marketing purposes.
BusSing does not require account registration and we do not directly collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or home address.
With your permission, BusSing may access your device’s location to show nearby bus stops and provide location-based convenience features, such as finding relevant stops near you.
Location data is used on your device for app functionality. We do not store your precise location on our servers, sell your location data, or use your location data for advertising.
You can enable or disable location access at any time in your device settings.

If you have opted in to share analytics with app developers through Apple’s system settings, we may receive anonymized crash reports, performance metrics, and diagnostic information from Apple.
This information helps us improve app stability, performance, and user experience. It does not directly identify you.
BusSing retrieves public transport-related information, including bus arrival timings, bus routes, MRT information, and traffic camera information from public or government-backed data sources.
When using the App, technical requests may be made to our servers or third-party transport data providers to retrieve the information needed to operate the App. These requests may include non-personal technical information necessary to return relevant transport data, such as a bus stop code, bus service number, route request, or device/network metadata normally included in internet requests.
BusSing may offer optional paid features through BusSing Express, including auto-renewable subscriptions and/or one-time purchases.
Payments and subscription billing are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details, Apple ID password, or full App Store billing information.
To manage purchases, subscriptions, entitlements, and access to paid features, BusSing may use RevenueCat or similar purchase management services. These services may process limited purchase-related information, such as:

You can manage or cancel your subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.

BusSing does not maintain personal user accounts.
Favourites, saved stops, settings, and similar preferences are stored locally on your device unless otherwise stated.
Purchase and subscription information may be processed by Apple and RevenueCat for the purpose of validating purchases and enabling paid features.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You can enable or disable location access at any time through your device settings.
You can remove local app data, such as saved stops and preferences, through the App where supported. Uninstalling BusSing will delete locally stored data associated with the App from your device.
You can manage, cancel, or renew subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.
You can also use the “Restore Purchases” option in the App, where available, to restore previous purchases linked to your Apple ID.
You can manage whether analytics and diagnostics are shared with developers through your iOS device settings.
BusSing is intended for general public transport use and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

By downloading, accessing, or using BusSing, you agree to the applicable App Store terms, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, and any additional terms shown in the App or on the App Store product page.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of BusSing after changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
